1. Do you provide training?

Answer:
Yes indeed and it’s free, instructor-led and online. We have found sales training the critical success factor in delivering increased sales and technical training to deliver high customer satisfaction. That’s why we’ve made it so easy to schedule and attend any training session, by as many employees and as often as you wish.

2. Do you offer Demo version of the software?

Answer:
Partner enablement is another critical success factor for increasing sales. Our authorized Partners receive a "branded" online demo tool as well as the ability to provision trial licenses for your end-customers. By the way, the online demo can be branded.


3. What is your Partner model?

Answer:
We've built our partner categories on the Saas-readiness model. Simply put, the lifecycle of any customer includes selling, billing and support. All Partners own the sales process. But, based on your existing infrastructure and preference, you decide whether you will bill and support your end-customers or you want to delegate those tasks to Awareness Technologies. Either way you can earn recurring margin. For Partners who wish to host the InterGuard software themselves, we have a category for you. Yes, there are more requirements and fees associated with this category, but for the right MSP, this is an ideal way to manage the cloud services yourself.


4. What is the order process like?

Answer:
Each Partner receives an online provisioning tool called Sales Manager. Sales Manager enables you to provision new orders, add-on orders and trial licenses anytime and from anywhere you want. In addition, Sales Manager has advanced technical support tools included and are available after you complete both Level 1 and Level 2 online training sessions - a combined time allotment of about 2.5 hours.



5. What kind of technical support will I receive?

Answer:
In additional to technical training and cobrandable User Guides, Awareness Technologies provides 24x7 chat support. Our Tier-2 support team is available for escalations during our normal, US business hours. Finally, with the advanced Support Tools within Sales Manager, most of our Partners find it simple and effective to provide Tier-1 support to their end-customers. Although we expect our S1 and S2 Partners to provide Tier-1 support to your end-customers, we do "have your back" if you want your customer to contact us afterhours or during holidays. For our MSP self hosted Partners, you provide 100% of the Tier-1 support 24x7.


6. How does your pricing methodology work?

Answer:
Our pricing methodology is designed to provide all of our Partners a level playing field. Whether you are a large MSP or a small VAR, we depend on you to provide your value proposition above and beyond price. That said, we incorporate a deal-by-deal pricing model where volume discounts are based on how many licenses each specific end-customers subscribes from you. And you have a standard discount percentage no matter what volume pricing tier your end-customers falls in to. We provide you a Price List than mirrors the SKU's within Sales Manager. The Price List includes each service module priced at monthly, 1year, 2 year and 3 year price points and suggested list at each volume tier.


7. Do you provide Sales/Marketing material and can we brand them?

Answer:
Yes indeed. As far as branding is concerned, we encourage our Partners to brand the online demo, customer facing Control Console and all marketing materials as they wish. We provide you an extranet filled with sell sheets, user manuals and pre-recorded online demos. And if you wish to leverage the Awareness Technologies brand in your collateral, that’s fine too.


8. My customers are SMBs can they afford your Insider Threat services?

Answer:
We’re glad you asked because we designed the Awareness Technologies Partner Program to favor SMB VARs and MSPs who sell to SMB end-customers. Just as our service modules reduce cost and complexity for your end-customers, our partner program reduces the barrier of entry of insider threat services and partner enablement. Bottom line, whether you resell two licenses of Data Loss Prevention to a plumbing company or 250 licenses of Employee Monitoring to a medical company, Awareness Technologies has the service, price and program to support you.


9. Does Awareness Technologies sell direct?

Answer:
Awareness Technologies started out in 2002. Like most software vendors, our initial route-to-market was direct sales. Since our partner program launched in 2010, we’ve had the full support of senior management to provide our partners a pricing, subscription term and bundle advantages over our direct side. Along with deal registration, our Partners can feel confident that they’ll never compete with our direct sales team.
